Fresh Salmon with Avocado

Preheat the grill in our oven. Place a baking sheet in the pan and brush with a little oil. Then place the salmon skin side down, brush with a little oil and salt.

We cook our fish, at a distance of 20cm from the grill for about 8 - 10 minutes, until it becomes a little crispy. When you see that the pieces separate easily from each other, it is ready and remove from the fire.

Clean the cucumber and cut it lengthwise. Remove the seeds and cut into thin slices, stick. We do the same with the avocado and pour our ingredients into a bowl, without mixing them together with the leaves of fresh basil and coriander.

Pour olive oil and a pinch of salt into our multi. Then add the juice from the squeezed lemon and rub some black pepper.

Add the basil and mint together with a tablespoon of ice water and beat until the mixture becomes thick. Slowly pour the dressing into the bowl with our vegetables and mix lightly.
