Brownies with Avocado

Preheat the oven to 180°C in the air and place parchment paper in a 20x25cm pan.

Remove the pit and skin from the avocado and transfer it to a bowl.

With a fork, melt the avocado well, then add the cocoa, eggs, sugar, almond butter, baking powder, vanilla and salt.

Mix with a whisk until smooth. Then add the chocolate drops and mix gently with a spatula or spoon.

Transfer the mixture to the pan, spread evenly and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven, let it cool for a while, cut into pieces and serve.
