Cut the avocados in half with a knife and remove the flesh using a large spoon.

Transfer to a bowl and mash with a fork. Then add the tomato, onion, coriander and lime juice.

Add salt and mix gently.
04.
Taste some of the guacamole and add salt or lime juice if needed and serve.
